‘Real estate’ named by London Stock Exchange as UK’s fastest growing sector

‘Real estate’ has been named as the fastest growing sector in the UK, in the latest ‘1,000 Companies to Inspire Britain’ report by the London Stock Exchange Group.

The report says that average annual revenue has grown at the rate of more than 100%.

The report specifically looks at small to medium size companies, and their rate of growth.

There are 25 businesses named in the ‘real estate’ section, with the list headed by Intelligent Services Group, which operates the auction provider IAM Sold which partners with over 1,000 estate agency branches.

Ben Ridgway, managing director of the Intelligent Services Group, which also operates the Conveyancing Partnership and Medway Law, said: “We are thrilled to be recognised.

“ISG has grown exponentially year on year and we aim to continue that growth trajectory to further our market position as one of the UK’s leading property technology platforms.”

The future of the UK, no industry as such just coffee shops, financial services and estate agents flogging their talent on every street corner, a bit of trendy Llama farming in the hills of North Wales and Lidle/Aldi ruling over us all.
