It’s a promotion that seems to be catching on – an online property advent calendar, and so far we’ve spotted two (but we’re sure it will be more before much longer).
One has been launched by Oxford agency Finders Keepers, while London agent Portico has unveiled another version.
With Finders Keepers, each day a new offer will be attached to a particular property.
It started on Friday, offering a free Christmas tree to a tenant moving in to an apartment in Abingdon before December 25.
The Portico advent calendar unveils 25 different offers in connection with local businesses – on Friday it was a discount for membership at a club.
