Ambitious agent set to open second branch in another major city

An agent which launched in Manchester three years ago is to open a second branch – in Liverpool.

Ascend Properties, which is staking its belief in the Northern Powerhouse with the expansion, manages some 1,500 properties including about 50 in Liverpool.

Ged McPartlin, director at Ascend Properties, said: “We’re looking forward to launching in a brand new city which will no doubt bring a lot of exciting new opportunities for us as a business.

“We’ve already got a team present who have been working on our Liverpool units for some months now and this is only continuing to grow as the new branch opens.”

“Being originally from Liverpool myself, I’m delighted to be able to open up a branch in my home town as it means a lot to me personally.

“Liverpool is such an exciting city for property at the moment and it was really only a matter of time before we set up an office here. Tenant demand is booming here and with so much regeneration in the area, it’s become a key hotspot for buyers and investors alike.”
