A company that offers a car dealership reviews service is to start offering reviews of estate agents.
JudgeService, which has offered a car dealership reviews service for the past seven years and claims to be used by over 1,000 dealerships, will unveil its latest venture at the inaugural Housing Digital event at Rudding Park in Harrogate on February 27.
The service promises to conduct surveys among house buyers and sellers, and use the data to provide estate agents with an insight into their customer service offering.
JudgeService’s estate agency arm will be headed up by business development manager Steve Henning, who was previously area director in the north-east for Countrywide (Bairstow Eves) for more than 13 years.
More recently he has worked as operations director for Jan Forster Estates, and as a Local Property Expert for Purplebricks.
Henning said: “JudgeService’s track record working with leading automotive brands means we are well placed to enter the property market with thorough knowledge of customer data gathering and online reviews.
“The housing sector has seen many industry disrupters emerge in recent years, meaning estate agents have to be ahead of the curve to attract customers and sell properties in a crowded marketplace.
“JudgeService is able to offer estate agents a means of placing the house seller and the house buyer at the heart of their process with customer service insight and actionable feedback.”
But it’s not the house buyer who decides on the selling agent???

I suppose if a buyer rates an agent highly in terms of the way they are treated throughout a purchase it would be a good indicator to a potential vendor that they are going to do a good job on their behalf?
Agree it’s odd though; surely offering vendors and buyers a chance to review would give a clearer all round picture?

We have finally got our head round getting reviews and will be asking every single vendor completing a sale with us to give an honest review on google….we wil only collect them after completion, we will not cherry pick and we will not bribe or conjole to affect the review.
I have to say now that I truly believe it is google reviews that will be the most important in the future.
