eMoov versus eMove UK –  and look who owns which trademark

What do you do about an agent who has a name rather like yours?

Only last week, the issue was underlined when eMoov successfully complained about eMove UK to the Advertising Standards Authority.

Now we learn that eMoov boss Russell Quirk has bought the EU-wide trademark for the term EMOVE.

Quirk was tight-lipped about the purchase, other than to confirm it.

Both businesses are based in Essex and we have previously pointed out that they are unrelated.

Well personally I think the right to use the name should go to the one who tried harder at school and can spell the word “move” correctly.

This article isnt factual and is in fact LIBEL SLANDER and it will be included in our court case against emoov. Rosalind Renshaw and Oliver it is clear that emoov have instructed you to write this article in their favour in yet another attempt to try and damage the reputation of our business. Let me give you a few facts…..eMove hosted our website from 20/04/2010, incorporated our business on 04/05/2010 and registered our trademark on 16/08/2010. emoov webste launched on 16th June 2010 and registered the trademark ’emove’ in the Office for Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM) because the UK Intellectual Property Office would not accept it. They havent a leg to stand on in court and because of this they have done everything they can to try damage the reputation of my company over the last 6 years and divert my trade. Its called Sabotage, Defamation, Libel Slander, Passing Off and Trademark Infringement. And now its time to fight back!!!! Investment backed or not, I couldnt care less. Oh and yes my Barrister is fantastic and currently holds the title of ‘Intellectual Property Barrister of The Year’. Thank you
