A car ploughed into the front window of an estate agents at the weekend – the second such incident in six months.

The Volksagen estate drove straight into the window of Blue Sky Property in Longwell Green, Bristol, on Saturday morning.

Thankfully, while scared staff are said to have fled, none of them was seriously hurt. The driver was however taken to hospital.

Manager Jamie Hill said: “Three of my colleagues were in the office and they jumped out of the way pretty quickly. They didn’t know if it was going to stop.

“Two of them are currently crying, they are very shook up. One of them has hurt her hand getting out of the way but fortunately no real injuries.”
