Regional firm expands to ten offices after latest acquisition

Essex and Suffolk based estate agent Fenn Wright has opened its tenth office in a flagship building after the acquisition of fellow independent Woodbridge estate agent Neals.

James Neal, son of the founder, Dennis HB Neal, who founded Neals in 1951, will join Fenn Wright as an associate partner, working alongside Charlie Wright, in the management of the Woodbridge branch.

Neal said: “I am delighted to be joining the distinguished team at Fenn Wright at their magnificent new Woodbridge branch and becoming part of the team, selling the most desirable town houses, country homes and properties with special character.”

Wright said: “James is extremely well regarded in the town and has unrivalled knowledge of the local area.

“Our presence along the A12 corridor puts us in an excellent position to bring greater quantities of buyers to the Woodbridge market, particularly as we notice a number of buyers moving from London into Essex and then further afield into Suffolk and along the coast.”
