Managing agent Rendall & Rittner has completed its purchase of Braemar Estates, taking over its portfolio of around 5,000 properties.

This brings the number of units that Rendall & Rittner has under management to in excess of 50,000.

The purchase of Braemar Estates from Brooks Macdonald Group allows Rendall & Rittner to increase its presence in the north-west, where Braemar Estates is headquartered.

Braemar’s staff will continue to operate from Hale and from central Manchester offices.

The two companies will continue to operate under their brand names.

The management of Braemar Estates will remain as it is for the foreseeable future and a review of operations will take place during 2018.
