London property adviser and development consultant Hurford Salvi Carr has appointed a new residential manager for its West End office.

Libby Watt comes with a raft of experience, starting her career in residential lettings in west London in 1999 and setting up Napier Watt Ltd in Mayfair in 2010, specialising in sales and lettings across central London and working with UK and overseas clients, offering a bespoke property service.

She will oversee Hurford Salvi Carr’s West End sales and lettings business, which includes the appointment of The Bedford Estates residential letting agents in Bloomsbury, after selling her shares in Napier Watt to her former business partner Jonathan Adams.
