Sir Clive Woodward, the inspirational head coach who took England’s rugby squad to global number one, is to speak at Lettings LIVE on June 10.
Sir Clive will also be the presenter at this year’s Lettings Agency of the Year Awards.
In his session, “One Team”, he will highlight the importance of, “creating an environment so good that everyone wants to be a part of it and nobody ever wants to leave”.
An inspirational speaker, he will share the collaborative leadership model he applied with great success to the England rugby squad in 2003 when he led them to World Cup glory in Australia, and again for Team GB at London 2012.
At a time where recruitment and retention is particularly tough, there will be plenty everyone can take away from Sir Clive’s session.
Matt Dawson spoke at EA LIVE in December and shared a lot about Sir Clive’s inspirational leadership; now agents can hear from the legend himself.
A former England International and British and Irish Lion, he moved the England squad from sixth in the world to the number one ranking team during his tenure, and empowered them to win every trophy open to an international rugby team.
