Marsh & Parsons, part of LSL, is to open four new offices this year, taking its total network to 26 branches in London.

The first to open will be at Shoreditch on February 16.

The office has had a £350,000 refurbishment and will open offering 0% commission for the first three months.

The new branch will be headed by sales manager Mark Kempson and by lettings manager Will Copeland.
