New Estate Agency Services division is launched at Daily Mail owned group

A new Estate Agency Services division has been set up by Landmark Information Group, part of the business that owns the Daily Mail.

It is headed up by Phil Natusch. Although new, the division brings together several established products and services.

These include floorplan drawing service Metropix; SmartVal, the online valuations tool that generates new business leads for agents; GoView digital mapping; the full suite of ETSOS Estate Agency products, including the innovative ‘Compliance in a Box’ service for Consumer Protection Regulations and Anti-Money Laundering Regulations compliance; and Mouseprice.

Natusch, who was previously managing director of ETSOS, said: “By bringing together all of Landmark’s residential property services under one roof, we are now looking at ways of delivering new product and service initiatives for the benefit of our estate agency clients.

“I am excited to be leading the new division and to working closely with our clients and other Landmark divisions on future developments to support the operations, management and growth of our client’s estate and letting agency businesses.”

I have used metropix for years……great product but it needs some innovative ideas to make it the absolute winner it once was. Hope Phil reads this and gets in touch. I’ ve tried to approach them with the ideas many times.

So this is a post brexit agency service?

What if the vendors were born in a different country ? Would this cause a melt down at the Daily Mail ?
