Shh! New portal launches for property that is off-market

A new property portal has been set up – dealing with property that is off-market.

It is launched by property magazine publishers Ultra Primus to cater for those who seek to sell their property in a discreet yet efficient manner.

The service promises privacy for clients and that a digital footprint of the listing is not created.

Art Jenkins, director of Ultra Primus, said: “We know that the process of selling or sourcing off-market property is unnecessarily laborious and felt there was clearly a way to ensure that a property listing remains confidential whilst also efficiently allowing a larger relevant audience to enquire about the property.

“We expect to become the focal point for what is already an attractively sized market. However we also believe that by making these transactions more efficient, we will be able to grow the size of this niche overall.

“The motivations for selling off-market are numerous including privacy for high-profile owners, pre-marketing a new development, divorce, not wishing to notify neighbours and eliminating the ‘digital footprint’ created by an ‘on-market’ listing.

“Many more properties could be sold in this, more discreet, manner if property owners knew there was an efficient mechanism for their agents to use.”

This summer, Henry Pryor launched https://twitter.com/Not_OnTheMarket

Publicising an off market opportunity seems to be a conflict straight away. One or two discrete phone calls is how it’s done but definately ‘No Publicity’

Not wanting to rain an anyone’s parade; widdle on someone’s firework or burst any balloons…
