Online estate agency founder named as new managing director of Xperience brands

Two top names have been announced as the latest appointments by the Property Franchise Group.

Graham Lock, founder of original online agent House Network, has been appointed managing director of the group’s Xperience brands – encompassing Whitegates, Parkers, Ellis & Co, and CJ Hole – while former Your Move lettings director Ellie Hall takes up the role of managing director of Martin & Co.

Ian Wilson, chief executive of the Property Franchise Group, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to welcome such outstanding industry professionals to the senior team here, and are hugely excited about the exceptional expertise and inspirational strategic direction they will bring to their respective brands.

“Strengthening our senior team through the introduction of these new MD roles is a fundamental part of our wider strategy to remain ahead of the game at all times and it’s testament to the confidence we have in our wider network.

“Our six estate and lettings agency brands are distinctive in approach, offering and values, and as each of these continues to evolve it’s imperative that we have the most effective leadership team in place to further drive forward growth and innovation.

“As the pioneer behind the UK’s first online agent, Graham brings a wealth of expertise from across the industry and an unrivalled combination of technological prowess and a fervent commitment to traditional estate agency values.

“With Ellie’s hugely successful senior level career spanning over two decades and a solid reputation for delivering real results, we’re confident that both individuals will be genuine champions for their brands and will further support our network of franchisees in becoming true leaders in the next generation of estate agency.”

The Property Franchise Group has recently announced a string of acquisitions, agency rebrands, and the launch of new UK-wide offices.

The latest appointments come hot on the heels of the recent appointment of Nick Neill as managing director of EweMove, the Group’s hybrid brand, and Kate Toland – a highly experienced corporate marketeer previously of Virgin Media and Fitness First – as group marketing director.
