Online versus offline – and the survival of the high street

Only a recluse would not be aware that high street agents are facing pressures.

Furthermore, the challenges to their business models appear to be increasing not just numerically but also in breadth, ranging from blue sky esoteric robotic technology to the competitive nitty-gritty of business options available to the general public.

In an article supplement entitled High Street versus Online Brian Schubert, head of marketing and communications at NFoPP, examines these issues in an assessment of the real competitive situation with a candid analytical approach.

This very subject will be aired and debated at the NAEA London Forum 2016 taking place on February 23 in the session entitled Looking to the Future.

Schubert believes, as stated in part of the summary: “Whether it’s robotic technology or online market factors affecting our sector, the challenges are for any agent to always ask how they can adapt their business to provide the very best in customer service.”
