Come on critics. Does anyone truly believe that the advice almost surely given by the agent to the seller of ” we recommend you tidy up and declutter” would in a million years ever be heeded?
Yes they could have dropped the seat better still not photographed the room. But you know what these hose proud vendors are like. They want to show of their lavish homes on camera !!!!
You can here it on the inspection vendor: “Sstep over the books boxes and suitcases and come and see my beautiful bathroom next ”

Why? I would much rather someone post with spelling and grammar errors than not post at all. Even in this example it gave you something to moan about.
Some of us really struggle to post and often make stupid errors that only become obvious once the post is submitted. A post with errors still contributes more than a post like yours.

Playing devil’s advocate…..maybe it’s right to show the property as it is? Either way agents are damned if they do by some and damned by others if they don’t. The phrase you can’t make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear comes to mind!
