Pictures of the Week: And it’s a property with a difference

Pictures of the Week – and here are two for you to enjoy, both courtesy of Purplebricks which seems to be turning into the gift that keeps on giving as far Pictures of the Week are concerned.

First up is some bicycle space for sale through the agent.

Strange but quite clearly true. We would not suggest otherwise.

Our second Picture of the Week is a Where’s Wally special and requires keen eyesight when you get to picture number eight.

Come on out wherever you are!

I have to say I am more interested in the valuation; the trend average for a terraced in NP44 might be  £125k but the  current completion average is £110,000 due to suppressed demand.

The Zoopla random number generator comes up with £137,000 which possibly explains the apparently ambitious asking price but I wonder if this is one of those instructions a traditional agent would turn down rather than have it sat on the books for ages but which the passive intermediary firms take on as a money for nothing, sucker listing.
