Property auction firm IAM Sold have made it into the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100, meaning it is one of the fastest growing companies in the UK.
The Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 measures the rate of sales growth over a three-year period and ranks the companies in order of greatest growth.
IAM Sold, which works with partner estate agencies across the country, makes the list in 23rd place.
Its inclusion is based on sales growth of 90% over the previous three years, equating to £8.7m of sales last year.
The firm was started six years ago by Jamie Cooke and Ben Ridgway.
The company specialises in property auctions online, at physical auctions, and the soon-to-launch virtual auctions, and has over 70 auctions in ten venues planned for next year.
Online auctions are run eBay-style, with bids placed online within a fixed timescale. The new virtual auctions will have an auctioneer running the auction online and taking phone and online bids in a live situation.
