Here’s a contender for Picture of the Week and we spotted it on Zoopla yesterday.
Which was in itself odd – as the property is “confidentially for sale”.
The house, on at £4,350,000 with de Mallet Morgan, is instantly recognisable as the home of the late Cilla Black.
No doubt that’s why the listing is a little short on detail, but according to Zoopla, the property appears to cost £13,927 per month to run.

Looks like the agent accidentally listed the property prematurely, with a single photo and their internal sales notes. The property was listed on Friday 10th June and I’m surprised [surprised] it is STILL listed as such. Why has it not been pulled offline?

Also, “instantly recognisable as the home of the late Cilla Black”… in a survey of 10,000 members of the public, 0 recognised the house, let alone as that of Cilla Black. 😀
