Davis Tate estate agents has drawn inspiration from this year’s John Lewis advert – the one that stars Elton John – for its Christmas video entry.
It follows the journey of one estate agent from playing with houses as a boy to eventually going on to sell them.
But could you do better? Enter our Christmas video competition.

The winner will receive a Hotel Chocolat Classic Chocolate Cabinet to share with staff.
