Are you a super-hero when it comes to delivering customer service?

If you or a colleague or your agency as a whole has delivered customer service that is beyond the call of duty, please could you let us know about it?

Agent Kristjan Byfield is looking for examples.

This is after he got into a Twitter spat with daily publication City AM a few weeks ago.

He said: “I was fed up with yet another article in the mainstream media attacking our industry. I genuinely and passionately believe that the very best in our industry represent the very best in the world.

“In light of this, I have been invited by City AM to pitch an article on this, focusing on two key elements: hands-on, personal, amazing service; and digital innovation and evolution.

“I am looking for agents across the UK to send me their truly exceptional and astounding stories.”

So, if you have simultaneously delivered a vendor’s baby while conducting a viewing that resulted in a sale (only joking, but you never know), or watered a seller’s house plants daily while simultaneously training for a charity fund-raising Iron Man Challenge, do let us know.
