ARLA announces launch of new ‘tenancy builder’ product

Propertymark has announced the release of a new tool to enable members to build tenancy contracts from scratch.

Propertymark is also partnering with Letflo, a tool developed by Fixflo to help letting agents ensure that they are complying with Section 21 regulations.

The two applications will work in tandem to provide a full tenancy set-up package for Propertymark members.

Propertymark’s Tenancy Builder allows users to generate a bespoke agreement and paperwork package based on the Propertymark standard AST at the beginning of a tenancy, significantly reducing administration time when new tenancies are agreed.

With the Deregulation Act of 2015 making it vital for Section 21 paperwork to be complete and in order, Letflo helps users check they can properly serve a Section 21 Notice.

Propertymark members are able to use ten free Letflo credits, where each credit equals one tenancy.

This partnership is the latest step in the professional relationship between Propertymark and Fixflo.

David Cox, chief executive of ARLA Propertymark, said: “We are absolutely delighted to be partnering with Fixflo to offer Letflo alongside our new Tenancy Builder.

“This represents a new benchmark of excellence in terms of the assistance we can offer our members.”
