Belvoir launches new TV advertising campaign which emphasises the personal touch

Belvoir has embarked on a television advertising campaign focusing on the personal stories behind those moving home.

Its 40-second advert shows families it is said to have helped buy and sell such as the Millers and the Wilsons, as well as landlords.

There are even shots of nosy neighbours keeping an eye on who is moving in and mentions of the agent’s expertise in knowing local schools and bus routes.

The advert – which uses the brand’s new strapline “property is personal” – will be shown in the ad breaks for programmes watched on the ITV Hub, which is the channel’s on-demand service, and on STV in Scotland.

It is expected to receive 700,000 views.

    I like Belvoir as a company but this advert is bland and not memorable at all. Pretty sure most people will have lost interest when it becomes apparent at the end who the company is. I know it is hard to create something professional and eyecatching, but this does not hit the mark.
