A scheme claiming to be a first for the industry has recruited 17 franchisees in its first year.
Of these, nine signed up in August alone to SDL Property Partners, which says there are more potential franchisees in the pipeline.
The scheme, which enables agents to offer block management with all the back office work handled for them, has also been shortlisted as innovator of the year at this year’s Property Week awards.
SDL Partners is marking its first anniversary with a ‘birthday’ party in London today, being attended by all the franchisees.
Managing director Nick Faulkner said: “It’s been fantastic to see this idea come to life over the last year.”
SDL Property Partners is part of SDL Group, which last week won the industry supplier of the year award at EA Masters.
