Hunters grows its network by two more branches as float gets closer

Hunters is continuing its rapid growth with the launch of two new offices.

Both branches, in Heswall and Moreton on the Wirral, are owned by franchisee Richard Henderson, an experienced estate agent who has been in the industry for nearly 30 years.

The offices formerly traded as Bradshaw Henderson.

Henderson said: “We are proud to be part of Hunters and are looking forward to being part of a proactive and expanding organisation.

“Knowing that we could tap into potential buyers through the 130-strong network was one of the key reasons we decided to join the Group, along with the fantastic marketing support Hunters offer.”

Hunters has announced its decision to float on the AIM stock market, with a date likely to be this summer. It currently has some 130 offices in its almost entirely franchised network, and plans to grow to 500 within five years.
