International estate agent offers ‘Remainians’ a new life in Berlin

An international estate agent is offering two young British people jobs and a home in Berlin.

Black Label Properties, which has offices in London and Berlin, specifies that they must have voted Remain, be under 35, and be looking for a new start in life.

Director Achim Amann said: “We are looking to adopt two Remainians under 35 and will give them a job working with Black Label Properties in Berlin and find them an apartment to live in for six months so they can be part of Europe rather than living on the island.

“They can help with press work for the UK market and translating our listings from German to English.

“I am so angry about Brexit that I am really trying to contribute something to the people out there who are seeking other alternatives.”

Black Label Properties currently has 250 units for sale in Berlin which include student accommodation, ‘altbau’ (period properties), ‘newbau’ (new builds), studios, 1-2-bed apartments, eco houses and luxury property.

Amann has been working in property since 2004.

He started out in the luxury property sector in St Tropez and then did an MBA at Henley Business School in the UK.

He purchased the international real estate broker Simplyzigzag.com in London in 2008. He went on to set up Black Label Properties in London and now offers a full service package to international clients from his office in Berlin.
