Knight Frank restructures home counties lettings team to make greater efficiencies

Knight Frank is reorganising its home counties lettings division.

The new structure will see four of its existing teams based in two central ‘hubs’ to increase administrative efficiency.

The Guildford, Ascot, Esher and Cobham teams will now be based in Ascot and Esher, but still covering the same areas, and beyond.

The sales offices in Guildford and Cobham will continue to offer desk space to lettings negotiators when needed.

Having previously run the Guildford team, Ross Harvey will now also head up Ascot lettings, with a remit to expand activity in Berkshire and Virginia Water.

Jamie-Leigh Harvey will head up the Cobham and Esher team, which will continue to strengthen its presence in neighbouring Weybridge.

The team will also be able to provide support in Guildford given its proximity along the A3 corridor.

Ha ha ha – like this will improve administrative efficiencies!! Might reduce costs – for a while – but ultimately will cost them dear with the increased attrition rates they’ll suffer. Just ask Countrywide….
