Luxury agent aims to sweeten client service with new ‘chocolate box’ style office

High-end buying agent Quintessentially Estates has boosted its London presence with plans to open a “chocolate box” style office in Mayfair.

The firm, part of the luxury Quintessentially property services brand founded by the Duchess of Cornwall’s nephew Ben Elliot, will help source property to rent and buy for clients in the capital, but will also use its global network to help find homes to purchase abroad.

It will also offer home management services from its new office at 51 Kinnerton Street, Belgravia, which opens today, just half a mile from its headquarters on Chapel Street.

Penny Mosgrove, chief executive of Quintessentially Estates, said: “We are so excited to open our office in the heart of Belgravia, located just off lively retail destination Motcomb Street.

“Our new office on Kinnerton Street is quintessentially English in its chocolate box appearance with fresh flowers outside and heritage windows.

“We can’t wait to integrate ourselves into the community and get involved in the Motcomb Street festival and other festivities run by Grosvenor Estates.

“Every aspect of our new office has been deliberately designed to transcend property norms. We will have bespoke furnishing inside and a window display of seasonal goodies: as with everything we do at Quintessentially, we sell a lifestyle, not just a property.”
