New partnership between Eye and Property Tribes

We are delighted to announce a new partnership between Property Industry Eye and Property Tribes.

Property Tribes is a highly successful online forum for private residential landlords, and is run by Nick Tadd and Vanessa Warwick.

For letting agents wanting to know who their customers are, we consider this partnership to be an ideal opportunity. If you do not know the Property Tribes forum already, you will soon see that there are chances for you to join in discussions, engage with landlords and give the expert advice they are so often looking for.

In addition, a new feature on Eye will be a weekly Landlords’ Barometer post listing the top trending topics on Property Tribes – making it easy for agents to know what landlords are discussing, and what is concerning them.

For the Property Tribes community, we have made it easier for them to access up-to-date the daily news service on Property Industry Eye – and to engage with agents.

We truly believe that this enhanced two-way dialogue can only be good for both communities, and hope you agree. At Eye, we also have a lot to learn from Property Tribes as to how to build up an online presence, and we plan to turn this also to our readers’ advantage.

Find out more in this short interview by Vanessa Warwick with Eye managing director Nick Salmon.

This is an excellent tie up. Having been an avid read for Property Tribes for many years, what I like most is the fact that they don't tolerate people promoting their wares, and they expose sharp practice throughout the industry. Vanessa and Nick are tireless at exposing the truth about unsavoury aspects of the industry and as a result they've built a well earned reputation over many years.

Excellent stuff. It's very true that I often (if not always) get important industry news here first, on EYE. I sometimes wonder if Rosalind actually sleeps!
