New property portal OneDome announces partnership with Mortgage Advice Bureau

OneDome, the company that has launched a portal that pays agents to list, has announced a partnership with Mortgage Advice Bureau (MAB).

MAB is a leading mortgage network in the UK, with over 1,200 advisers mostly based in estate agency branches, and offering access to over 18,000 mortgage products.

Users of the new portal, currently in operation in the south east before a national roll out, will have the opportunity to do an end to end mortgage application on the same platform they use to search for properties and select their conveyancers.

Agents are not charged anything for listings and are paid if a particular listing is monetised, for example through the sale of a mortgage product.

OneDome CEO Babek Ismayil said: “Mortgages are one of the key components within the property transaction and MAB is one of the strongest players in this industry with strong relationships with the estate agency market.

“With this partnership, we can provide home buyers with a superior user experience on our platform, as well as providing greater visibility of mortgage application statuses to all key stakeholders involved in the transaction.”

MAB chief executive Peter Brodnicki said: “We are really excited to announce this partnership with OneDome. Following their recent announcement of a new property portal, the timing seems right to be at the start of something revolutionary in the property space.”
