Not much interest in a property? Here’s a bit of creative marketing

This is a clever and fun way of marketing a property where it has proved hard to whip up interest.

In this case, it is a shop for rent in Newton Le Willows, Merseyside.

So the agents, Think, decided to get creative and came up with this.
