Three branches complete move into Hunters rebrand

Three branches of Country Properties in Hertfordshire have completed their move into the Hunters brand.

Country Properties became part of Hunters in 2015 and now three branches in Baldock Lettings, Buntingford and Stevenage have completed a rebranding and will all use the familiar Hunters blue and white.

The Hunters Stevenage and Buntingford branches will be offering a full sales and lettings service and will be operated by franchise partner Ian Wilson, the longest serving member of the Country Properties network.

He joined the company as an 18-year-old in 1978 before becoming the first franchisee in 1984.

Hunters Baldock Lettings will offer a lettings and management service, with Claire Hazard heading up the branch.

Glynis Frew, chief executive of Hunters, said: “We are over the moon to see the recognisable blue and white Hunters branding proudly displayed in these new locations in Hertfordshire.

“The rebranding of Stevenage, Buntingford and Baldock Lettings will offer many benefits to the branches, the staff and their customers, and represents a great link to our nearby Hunters branches in and around the capital.”

Wilson said: “We are extremely pleased to complete our rebranding and become fully fledged members of one of the fastest growing estate agencies in the UK.

“The group is on an exciting journey and it’s one that we wanted to be a part of. Being just 25-30 minutes away from the capital, the regional network offering was a big attraction for us and we’re looking forward to coordinating with Hunters’ extensive London offices.

“We look forward to engaging in marketing initiatives with the branches and maximising our service offering to existing and prospective customers.”
