Popular industry figure takes on wider role in proptech company

Trevor Youens, a popular figure in the industry, has been appointed as managing director of Residential Solutions at Qube Global Software.

This newly created role highlights the importance of the residential property sector to Qube, which is active internationally.

Youens, a former director at conveyancing organisation Live, was previously managing director of estate agency software firm SPA Microsystems – an early, and highly innovative, pioneer of cloud-based IT.

Berkshire-based SPA was subsequently acquired by Qube Global Software in November 2012.

As managing director of Residential Solutions, Youens continues his position as also managing director of Qube SLM, as well as taking overall responsibility for the company’s direction within the residential sector.

John Cuppello, CEO of Qube Global Software, said: “Trevor has successfully led our sales and lettings activities since 2012, and has been instrumental in the development of our new solutions that will be hitting the market imminently.”

Youens started his career at Chancellors.

A nice guy with a solid understanding of his sector, the stakeholders and more importantly their challenges and their needs.

Aspasia was the product I always wanted, it was the only product that ever, quality wise, troubled us. To this day, 16 years later, it is unrivalled as a professional quality cloud solution to the property management industry although I know of two systems in development to finally give it a run for its money.

    Congratulations Trevor!
