Reapit in cutting-edge partnership with IT giant Samsung

Agency software specialist Reapit has announced a partnership with global IT giant Samsung.

The aim is to revolutionise the in-branch experience that agents provide to current and prospective clients, by transforming high street branches into “digital showrooms” where agents can showcase properties to their maximum potential.

Samsung SDS Europe is working with Reapit to customise its interactive marketing solution.

There are currently three components: digital screens in the window; tablets for sales staff; and large format digital screens, or video walls, in the branch, which use the tablets as remote controls.

More features are due to be released, including a ‘people counter’ which will let agents gather and analyse footfall.

Peter Fenwick, head of third party relationships at Reapit, said: “It is incredibly exciting to team up with a global technology giant to offer such cutting-edge innovation.

“We involved our clients in the early stages of this project by holding a focus group session at the Samsung SDS showroom to ensure we were delivering a solution that agents want.

“Estate agency is a relationship business. Rather than just sitting back and accepting that engagement is moving more and more online, agents need to consider how they can revolutionise their shop fronts and drive higher visitor numbers and more face-to-face engagement – that’s the way to build relationships.”

I’ve worked with RPS for about 10 years now and there is no doubt in my opinion that they are the best in the business when it comes to EA software. The Samsung deal is great feather in their cap and I ‘ll be looking forward to hearing and seeing more.
