Romans continue to march into west country with latest acquisition

The Leaders Romans Group has announced the acquisition of Bristol firm Property Concept.

Based in the Clifton area, Property Concept is a single branch residential letting and sales agency, previously owned by Tracy Robertson and Chris Hurd.

The business has 225 managed tenancies together with a further 92 let-only tenancies, with the majority of the portfolio sitting in and around Clifton and central Bristol.

Romans has welcomed all eight Property Concept employees to the business and will be working with Tracy Robertson on a consultancy basis..

The firm will be rebranded to ‘Romans incorporating Property Concept’, before eventually trading solely as Romans once the brand is established.

This latest acquisition, the group’s eighth this year, will see Romans continue to expand its brand into the south-west following their two acquisitions and office opening in Bath late last year.

Separately, independent firm Mark Templer Residential, with offices near Bristol in Clevedon and Yatton, has acquired Wrington Vale Lettings.

It was founded by John and Vanesa Webb with business partner Karen Morgan ten years ago.

The trio are now retiring.

Lol consultancy basis. You mean making sure you know which houses have physco tenants and landlords with baseball bats. Lettings is a joy.
