Two agents on fraud charges due in court

Two agents are due to appear in court today for a plea and case management hearing.

Martin Marcus and Nadim Khan are charged in connection with rent and deposit money between 2009 and 2014.

Corinne Marcus is charged with allowing her bank account to be used for fraud.

The three are due to appear at Harrow Crown Court, with a trial due to begin in early November.
